When you complete a form on our landing pages we collect the data you provide voluntarily: first name, last name, email, phone, country, buyer profile and the search preferences you choose to share (budget, timeframe, home type, floor plan, financing and comments).

We also record the community and the intent of the request (availability, pricing, visit, financing, etc.) and the page it was sent from, so we can assist you properly.

We use your data only to reply to your request, send you commercial information about the community you asked about and provide real estate advisory. We may share it with the community's builder when needed to manage your inquiry, reservation or visit.

We do not sell your data to third parties. The technology providers we use to receive and manage requests act on behalf of FHR.

We measure page usage through anonymous events (for example, opening a form or clicking WhatsApp). Those events do not include your name, email or phone.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent to receive commercial communications, by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling the contact number below.
